Joe Clark, DO, FACEP

Dr. Clark is the Medical Director for MedSTAR and DART, and the Director of Medical Operations, Department of Emergency Medicine, Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center.  He participates actively in all aspects of patient care, with ongoing quality improvement, and 100 % case review of all missions.  Joe also complements team configuration as a Flight Physician, when needed. 

His interests include Advanced Airway Management, and Tactical EMS.

Dr. Clark graduated locally, from Blacklick Valley High School, and the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown.

He earned his Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Joe completed the Emergency Medicine Residency Program, and served as Chief Resident at the Pennsylvania State University-Hershey Medical Center/York Hospital.
